I'm so glad you allowed that to happen! Wonderful. Go post it on Twitter with hashtag #themeword. Let other people add their energy to it.

It came to me. I just left it alone for awhile and it just popped up. My theme word is Vision.

“A vision is not just a picture of what could be; it is an appeal to our better selves, a call to become something more.”

I love the word "passion", and I also love feeling passionate about everything in my life. Passion is what drives creativity, greatness, overcoming fear, success, failure, and mainly - growth. I would say that that in this new year 2010 - my word is success. Great blog post. Keep them coming - you passionate writer you!

Abundance! Of course I want financial abundance but since I have a tendency to look at lack. I'm going to look at the abundance I have in all areas of my life and appreciate it more.... and enhance each area.

Claus, I imagine you can use whatever you feel is powerful! There are no rules. I would say to Tweet it with hashtag #ThemeWord so others who are doing it can see you join in.

Sheila - I suggest you simply declare a word. Don't make it too important, and you won't make it too serious. What do you see as lacking that you would like to declare into existence with this year? How about "Lighten" or something?

Let us know what you choose!
